ADHD Workshops and Support

This 2-part workshop is designed to help you support your child through big emotions and explosive behaviours. Come prepared to think critically about your child’s temperament, strengths, emotional and behavioural challenges. You will have opportunities to brainstorm and practice ways to be a source of co-regulation for your child. With effective use of these strategies, parents and caregivers are likely to see improvements in their children’s appropriate behaviours, self-regulation and resilience.Facilitator: Jessica Craig, RSW (she/her)Therapy Support Navigator, Core, CASA Mental HealthPre-registration is required. Limited childcare is available for children ages 0 - 5 years.Part 1 of this workshop takes place on Tuesday, January 7th and Part 2 takes place on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025.In partnership with CASA Mental Health and Evergreen Catholic School Division.
