The mission of ERPsim Lab is to conduct research, development and transfer in the field of serious games in information technology. ERPsim Lab is the team behind ERPsim™ , a series of cutting-edge business simulations games designed to make learning SAP a more immersive and enjoyable experience.Over 20+ years, 3 000+ faculty instructors have been trained to use these simulation games to teach integrated business and management concepts to professionals in fields such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship.Every year,  more than 6000+ simulations are played by 35 000+ students across 350+ universities from around the world.For more information, visiterpsim.hec.ca.

<h2>All you need to know</h2> <h3>The road towards the International ERPsim Final!</h3>Get ready to take part in this exhilarating regional ERPsim competition and aim for the sought-after top three positions. The three winning teams of each regional ERPsim competition get awarded with the unique opportunity to participate in this contest where the most exceptional teams from around the world will converge to compete for the prestigious title. <h3>The Game</h3>Teams will play the ERPsim Manufacturing Sustainability Game. Students will apply their business knowledge to make strategic decisions about their virtual company and input their plans to SAP S/4HANA using SAP Fiori. The ERPsim platform will simulate business activity based on these decisions.The virtual company with the highest company valuation at the end of the 4-round game is the winner.​ <h3>Who can register?</h3>Your university must be member of SAP University Alliances at the time of the competition and be located in the United States or Canada to participate.Starting with the 2025 edition, universities registering a team for national, regional, and international competitions will be required to integrate both the ERPsim game and Business Builders into their teaching curriculum to be eligible for participation. Specifically, at least one meaningful pedagogical activity (in class or extracurricular) must include Business Builders and ERPsim to participate in ERPsim academic competitions.Teams are encouraged to have experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ERPsim prior to event - no training is provided on the day of the event. An information and practice session will be offered one week prior to the event.Each university may register one team of 3 to 5 students and one faculty coach. The coach is responsible to register the team. We will communicate with the team through the coach. Diverse teams are encouraged. <h3>Rules</h3><ul><li>Participation is FREE. Registration will close when team registrations are at capacity.</li><li>The event is offered in a virtual format.</li><li>The coach is the main point of contact for all event logistics and communications.</li><li>Students names and university email addresses are provided prior to the event.</li><li>The teams will play 4 rounds of the ERPsim Manufacturing Sustainability Game.</li><li>Each round will be of 20 virtual days of 1 minute each.</li><li>Teams will be ranked based on their company valuation.</li><li>No cheating is allowed! All teams must always behave ethically. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify teams who are not playing fairly.</li></ul> <h3>Prizes</h3><ul><li>Digital badges for the top 3 teams, the coaches, and the registered participants.</li><li>The top 3 teams qualify for the International ERPsim Final (June 5, 2025).</li></ul>
