Centre City Banners Program Info Session

As the city’s designated arts development authority, Calgary Arts Development supports and strengthens the arts to benefit all Calgarians. We invest and allocate municipal funding for the arts provided by The City of Calgary and leverage these funds to provide additional resources to the arts sector. Our programs support hundreds of arts organizations, individual artists, artist collectives, and ad hoc groups in Calgary.

Join Calgary Arts Development for an information session about the Centre City Banners program, how to apply, and a Q&A.

<p>The 2025 Call to Artists for the Centre City Banners program is an opportunity for artists at any stage of their career to pursue their public art practice, or make a first step into the public realm. 3 Artists will be selected to create original artwork for banners displayed on 5 bridges leading to the downtown core. The purpose of this session is to go over the Centre City Banner program and application process, and to give potential applicants an opportunity to ask questions.<br>An ASL interpreter will be present throughout the info session and Q&amp;A. </p>
