How long should I plan to be at the show?

Accepted Answer

The show normally takes a minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours to go through without attending the fashion show. Add an extra 40 minutes on if you are planning to take in one of our fashion previews. Add some time on to have a drink and pizza in the Caboto Bar.

Question 2

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

We suggest you wear comfortable shoes and a lighter weight jacket. Dress so that you are comfortable and ready to take some selfies along the way. We love to see all of our Wedding Extravaganza guest pics on our social media feeds during and after the show. #weddingshowswindsor #weddingextravaganza

Question 3

What is the easiest way to enter all the prizes throughout the show?

Accepted Answer

Between booth prizes our aisle prize stops, the Media Prize and our Grand Prize there are many prize ballots to fill out. We suggest you register online before Thursday January 16th at 4:00 PM & we will have mailing labels with your contract information on them that you can pick up at the  entrance.

Question 4

Do I need to be in attendance to win the prizes?

Accepted Answer

No, prize draws will be officially announced on Saturday before the show closes. We will publish all major prize winner's names on our Facebook and Instagram pages following the show. Vendors will reach out to the winners of their prizes after the show so that pick up of the prize can be arranged.

Question 5

Is the Wedding Extravaganza Show an 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive show?

Absolutely!! The owners of Wedding Shows Windsor are also the co-founders of the Run for Rocky Legacy Project and support Gay Straight Alliances in the region. We support LOVE and we especially LOVE being able to assist 2SLBGTQ+ couples come together in marriage.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Accepted Answer

No. Parking is ample and FREE at the Caboto Club and we even offer FREE Valet parking from the Tecumseh Rd Entrance for the show.

Are children welcome to attend?

Accepted Answer

Children are welcome but we do suggest this may be a tiring experience for children under 12. Children 11 and under are admitted to the show for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. Our Champagne Very Special Experience Ticket cannot be used for anyone under 19 years of age.

Entry for  5 people, all day access to over 190 Wedding Vendor, Prize Ballot book to enter to win over $20000 in show prizes (one/couple). FRONT ROW FASHION SHOW SEATS for 5 with a GLASS OF BUBBLY LOLA compliments of Pelee Island Winery,  Today's Bride Magazine  & a Very Special Experience Gift Bag.
