Heartwarming and interactive storytelling to brighten up your winter evenings

Join us for a heartwarming online storytelling session to brighten up your winter evenings.​The session begins with a short story or excerpt from a book, followed by an opportunity for participants to share their own stories or thoughts inspired by the session’s theme, in small group settings.​Through storytelling with multicultural flavours, we aim to build bridges of understanding, empathy, and community.​Let's explore the power of words to connect us across cultures and backgrounds, and warm our hearts during the winter months.​Key points:<ul><li>​Interactive format: Small group discussions to encourage participation and sharing.</li><li>​Personal stories and perspectives are always welcome.</li><li>​Inclusive community: Open to all, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space for Canadian newcomers and racialized individuals to contribute and connect.</li></ul>​Please note: • Each session — from November to January — will explore a different theme. • Registration is required for each individual session.To foster a genuine and authentic sharing experience, we ask participants to share their stories verbally (rather than reading from a written text) — to create a more dynamic and engaging experience for participants (which is also a requirement by the program funder).​Let's come together to share our stories, connect, and enrich our lives.
