Mahsa runs a family homeopathic practice and works with patients who seek help and advice in a variety of acute and chronic health conditions. She is registered with college of homeopaths of Ontario.Mahsa started her homeopathic education in 1997 when she was studying for her last year of Doctor of Pharmacy program. During the time she was studying in the pharmaceutical field, she realized that she had a higher calling to help patients in a more holistic and natural way. Looking for effective alternative therapies, she discovered her enthusiasm for homeopathy.She has consistently proven that homeopathy really works for everyone by successfully treating many diverse cases over years and raising her own children based on homoeopathy without any conventional medicine.Apart from her passion for homeopathy, Mahsa has also been very interested in yoga and meditation. she has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over decades and  she was privileged to graduate from yoga teacher training programs and she is specialized in Restorative yoga and Face yoga. She aims to incorporate yoga in to her  homeopathic practice to support and empower her clients to experience their optimum health and wellness!

What This Workshop Offers:🌿 Naturopathic Insights by Dr. Sholeh Ghayoori, ND: Nutrition and lifestyle strategies to sustain your energy.🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga and homeopathy by Mahsa Asasi, Pharm D, Homeopath and yoga instructor: Sink into deep rest and inner calm.✨ Qigong Energizing Practice, By Dr Adityia Kasarians, MD, Homeopath, TCM practitioner: Revitalize your body and harmonize your energy by Chigong.🧠 Mental Health Support: Tools to manage stress and protect your emotional well-being. General Requirements:<ol><li>Stable Internet Connection: Ensure a reliable internet connection for seamless streaming.</li><li>Device: A laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.</li><li>Platform: Access to Zoom link that is provided before the session.</li><li>Quiet, Private Space: A comfortable area free of distractions to allow for focus and relaxation.</li><li>Comfortable Clothing: Loose, breathable clothing suitable for yoga and Qigong practice.</li></ol> <h3>Yoga and Qigong Requirements:</h3> <ol><li>Yoga Mat: For stability and comfort during yoga practice.</li><li>Bolster: For support during restorative poses.( as alternatives you can use firm cushions or rolled-up blankets.)</li><li>Yoga Blocks: At least two blocks for assistance with poses and support.( as alternatives you can use thick books or sturdy boxes such as shoe boxes)</li><li>Chair: A sturdy chair (preferably without wheels) for seated poses or modifications.</li><li>Blankets: Four blankets (big towel size) for support and warmth during restorative poses.</li><li>Big Towel: Can double as an extra layer or support for neck/head.</li></ol> <h3>Nutrition Segment Requirements:</h3> <ol><li>Notebook or Notepad: For taking notes on nutritional information and tips.</li><li>Pen or Pencil: For jotting down notes or questions.</li><li>Water Bottle: To stay hydrated during the session.</li></ol> <h3>Additional Suggestions:</h3><ul><li>Lighting: Adequate lighting for visibility during yoga/Qigong, especially if you have questions and the instructor needs to see participants.</li></ul>
