No experience is necessary - just bring your imagination and a willingness to try something new!Sabrina Evertt, an experienced Expressive Arts therapist &amp; facilitator, will guide you through the process, providing tips and inspiration along the way. Each week, during the 75-minute class, we will work with a different theme as our guide. All the materials will be provided, so you can just show up ready to have a good time.Start 2025 by manifesting your hopes &amp; dreams for the new year into something tangible that you can take home with you as reminder of your journey ahead.
