Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, we don’t offer ticket refunds once purchased. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague, or use it as a credit for any of our future events—we host 30+ events a year, so there are plenty of opportunities to join us!

I'm traveling. May I have an invitation letter to attend this event?

Accepted Answer

We do not provide invitation letters for visa applications. Your event ticket serves as proof of attendance but may not be sufficient for a visitor visa. This is a local event, so please check immigration requirements accordingly.

Question 3

Will food and drinks be provided at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a coffee break and a light lunch, designed to enhance your experience with more than just the usual sandwich. However, it’s not a full meal, so if you’d like something more substantial, there’s a food court in the building where you can purchase additional options.

Question 4

Is there a cocktail event at the CN Tower?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’re hosting a cocktail networking event at the CN Tower. Space is limited, and paid ticket holders will have access under priority. Your paid ticket includes one drink and finger food. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
