What do I have to bring to the sessions?

Bring a notebook, pen, and a willingness to reflect and explore.

Question 2

Is there pre-work or homework for the sessions?

Yes! Before each session, I'll send materials to help you gather your thoughts and collect information so that you can make the most of our sessions. Use these materials in the way that makes sense for you. Nobody is checking homework!

Question 3

Do I have to attend all three sessions?

The group coaching session is designed to build on the insights of all three sessions. If life happens and you happen to have to miss one, email sarah-beth@sbbcoaching.ca and I can send some materials to help you prepare for the next session.

Can I participate in person?

This event is hosted online. A separate session is available for in person participation. Email sarah-beth@sbbcoaching.ca if you can't find that session on Eventbrite.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything will take place in the moment.

Question 6

Do I have to turn on my camera?

Accepted Answer

That's up to you. It is ideal to be able to see one another to build connection within our small group. If that's not possible for you, you're welcome to participate with your camera off. You must be able to use audio to actively participate in discussions. If that's not possible, please email me.

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds, less an administration fee, are available until 7 days prior to the first session.
