Welcome to the Complete Beekeeping Course!Join us at the Honeybee Centre for a hands-on experience in beekeeping.Learn all about beekeeping and what it takes to keep bees and produce honey sustainably in your own backyard! **Course runsSaturday from 9am-5pmSunday from 9am-5pm*Learn from experts how to keep bees yourself. Designed for anyone interested in beekeeping—whether it’s two hives in your backyard or 50+ in a semi-commercial beekeeping operation. Over two classroom-based days, you’ll learn about biology and the management tasks you can expect to encounter in a basic beekeeping operation, and much more. *While the course is primarily classroom-focused, your instructor may open a hive (weather permitting) to demonstrate important beekeeping practices and what to look for inside.
