What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

The sooner you inform us, the better. If you cancel, we will reimburse 95% of the cost due to Eventbrite's non-refundable fees. Refunds will be as follows: $50=47.50; $200=$190; $500=475; $1000=950, $2000=1900. $5000= 47550.  K5T gladly accepts donations, please email expo@k5t.ca.

What is the cost for a booth?

Accepted Answer

Copper Sponsor: $5,000 - Platinum Sponsor: $2,000 - Gold Sponsor: $1,000 -  Silver Sponsor: $500 - Bronze Sponsor: $200 - Non-Profit Organization: $50 - Indigenous Vendors/Entrepreneurs: Invitational.  (Official receipts will be issued upon request. Otherwise, Eventbrite's email will suffice.)

Why is there a fee for a Career Expo booth this year?

We are requesting financial sponsorship for the 2025 Career Expo to help us offset expenses for food and booth displays. This ensures a high-quality experience for all participants and enhances the overall atmosphere of the event.

Is there a fee for the food served at the 2025 Regional Career Expo, or for the lunch at the Forum?

Come out and enjoy some delicious free snacks at the Expo, and a wonderful complimentary lunch at the Forum!

To register for the Forum, click "Reserve a Spot" and scroll to "Forum Seats" (up to 4 seats). Join us on March 27th from 10 AM - 2 PM at 4404 Queensway Dr. Registration is free! Enjoy inspiring speakers, valuable insights, K5T successes, and a delicious lunch while networking with fellow attendees!
