Set in a cozy, heated space, this experience uses the power of gentle warmth to relax muscles, deepen the breath, &amp; enhance the flow of healing energy within.Karlee will guide you through a transformative journey of sound using quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, harmonic instruments, &amp; soulful intuitive singing. As the warm waves of sound wash over you, feel layers of tension melt away, making room for peace, clarity, &amp; new intentions. The immersive vibrations help quiet the monkey mind, reconnect you with your body, regulate the nervous system &amp; open a safe space for releasing old patterns, healing the past, &amp; helping you receive your desires.Prepare to feel grounded, refreshed, &amp; open to your inner radiance.
