The experience is designed to be just as immersive. Stephanie uses a multi-microphone setup for surround sound. You can join from home and still have the same benefits, plus unlimited access to the recorded session.

If you can’t make it live, no worries! The session is recorded, purchase the recording option, and you’ll receive the recording to enjoy whenever you like!

Do I need any special equipment to participate?

You’ll need a laptop or computer to stream the event. Headphones are recommended for the best sound. Find a cozy spot to lay down or sit, like a yoga mat, bed, or couch.

How do I set up my sacred space?

Setting up is optional! Light a candle, place crystals nearby, or use calming scents like essential oils. Make sure you’re comfortable with a blanket, pillow, and warm tea or water.
