Join us this February for FREE online talks by psychologists, exploring how to build stronger relationships and resilience in times of change. Join us for an engaging workshop designed to empower you with practical tools to navigate family relationships in an ever-changing world. Grounded in decades of research on attachment and relationships, this session will guide you in discovering how embracing authenticity can strengthen family bonds, resolve conflicts, and foster deeper connections with yourself and your children. Dr. Taravat OstovarDr. Taravat Ostovar is the founder of Fortitude Centre for Wellbeing which is a psychology clinic based in Vancouver, BC. She is a registered psychologist in British Columbia and the Northwest Territories with 20 years of extensive experience in a variety of allied health public and private clinics, indigenous communities, rehabilitation centres providing psychological assessment, consultation, training, group presentations, mentorship, and evidence based therapy to nindividuals, couples, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Dr. Ostovar specializes in interpersonal attachment traumas and psychological concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional struggles, stress, and relationship conflicts. She employs a range of therapeutic modalities including Attachment based therapy, Internal Family System, Emotional Focused therapy, Gottman methods, Psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, Polyvagal Somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and Compassion based stress reduction.Dr. Ostovar is actively engaged in community awareness promoting children and families wellbeing. She is a member of the College of Care and Health Professionals of BC, the Association of Psychologists in the Northwest Territories, and the BC Psychological Association, where she serves on the Advocacy and Community Engagement Committee.
