Who should attend?

The Gathering welcomes anyone passionate about championing environmental protection and fostering sustainability in Alberta. This includes ENGOs, NGOs, policymakers, corporate leaders, Indigenous leaders, researchers, students, and community advocates.

What is included with my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes access to the Kick-Off (May 7) and Networking (May 8) receptions, two days of presentations, workshops, networking, plus breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Additional activities are also available to event attendees, including a beading class, yoga, and brewery tour.

What is the Kick-Off Reception?

Accepted Answer

Connect with attendees, speakers, and guests at this cocktail-style reception featuring drinks, appetizers, music, and a brief program. Held at cSPACE Marda Loop on May 7, 4:30–7 PM. Drop in as you wish. Parking available. Can’t make it? More networking opportunities await!

Do you offer financial assistance?

Our goal is to provide a high quality event at minimal cost for attendees. Alberta Ecotrust is pleased to offer a limited number of bursaries to help participants attend the Environmental Gathering. If you require financial assistance, please email Tori Grant at t.grant@albertaecotrust.com.
