Join us for a meaningful 5 week event to get access to information on grief, while focusing on wellness and connection.

Steve Kerr Memorial Complex - Community Room

An introduction to processing grief through different modalities while connecting with others in community.Community members and Adults are invited to join us for a 5 week session of different events following the theme of Grief &amp; Wellness.Occuring in Listowel on Thursdays from February 13- March 13 3:30pm-5:00pm there will be opportunities for education, art, yoga, mindfulness and connection.Also check out our All Day Event with Keynote Speakers on March 19, 2025 at various locations across Perth County.

Day 3: Feb. 27, 2025 - Art Therapy : Grief Mandalas

Day 5: March 13, 2025 - Connection Dinner & Resources
