Ready for ANOTHER evening of hilarity, whilst maintaining social distancing, and getting some fresh air and cold beer? The first show was such a success, that we are taking advantage of Spanky&#x27;s Sheltered backyard, and hosting another great evening with 2 hilarious comedians.Phil|PR is bringing headliner comedians Jeff McEnery &amp; Casey Corbin to the biggest patio space in Peterborough.Jeff McEnery is an actor and comedian best known for Dog Pound, Hotbox, and Just For Laughs: All Access.Jeff McEnery won the prestigious &quot;Tim Sims Encouragement Award&quot; in 2005 and followed that up by winning &quot;Yuk Yuk&#x27;s $25,000 Great Canadian Laugh Off&quot; in 2006 and &quot;Best Newcomer&quot; at the 2007 Canadian Comedy Awards. Since then, he has made multiple appearances at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival as well as the Winnipeg Comedy Festival and Halifax Comedy Festival. His Comedy Now! stand-up special aired across Canada on CTV in the summer of 2011 and he was nominated for &quot;Best Male Stand Up&quot; at the 2015 Canadian Comedy Awards.As an actor, Jeff had a lead role as Loony in the critically acclaimed drama Dog Pound. He also appeared alongside James Franco in Camille. Jeff was a cast member on The Comedy Network&#x27;s sketch comedy series Hotbox and he has made guest appearances on Letterkenny, Covert Affairs, The Jon Dore Television Show and Naturally Sadie.Jeff is a graduate of the Vancouver Film School&#x27;s Writing for Film and Television Program. He is a writer on the CBC&#x27;s Still Standing and has done punch up work for The Latest Buzz. He has written and produced two short films, Yes And...and Behind the Funny. Behind The Funny aired on the program Canadian Comedy Shorts.Casey&#x27;s friendly down home approach has made him a crowd pleaser over the last few years. He began performing in Ottawa, but now makes his home in front of audiences all across Canada. Since beginning in Ottawa, Casey has played every major comedy club, performed many one night venues and has played numerous theatres and universities. In 2001, Casey was nominated for &quot;Funniest Newcomer&quot; at the Canadian Comedy Awards. In 2002, Casey was nominated for &quot;Funniest Newcomer&quot; at the Canadian Comedy Awards. That wasn&#x27;t a typo, it actually happened. His laid back manner and his confused but friendly delivery makes him very easy and enjoyable to watch. His observations on everyday life are thoughts we all share but never dare to express. He has worked with all the top acts in Canadian comedy and has opened headliners such as Mike MacDonald, Mitch Hedberg, Russell Peters, only to name a few.In the fall of 2005 Casey was personally chosen by Harland Williams to open for him on his &quot;Tasty Treats Tour&quot; produced by Just For Laughs. He has also competed in regional homegrown competitions in 2000 &amp; 2001 for Just For Laughs as well. This year, in 2007, Casey had the honor of performing at the 25th Anniversary of Just For Laughs in Montreal at the Homegrown Comedy Competition. Also in 2007 Casey brought his brand of comedy to the CBC Halifax Comedy Festival. His opening night gala set rocked the room and was used the next day on CBC radio to promote the fest. His taping from this festival will air on the CBC in 2008. But that wasn&#x27;t it for Casey in 2007. He also taped a CTV/ Comedy Network special called Comedy Now! The special will air in 2008.If you haven&#x27;t seen Casey on stage, you might have seen him in a commercial or two. He also appears on the Comedy Network on Comedy at Club 54 and could have been seen insulting celebrities on Much Music&#x27;s Stars Gone Wild. Not only that, you can also hear him on XM satellite radio on the Laugh Attack.
