What is your refund policy?

You can get a refund up to 1 day before the event. Eventbrite's fee may not be refundable.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Please share the event with your friends and family, but please note each ticket = entry for 1 person. Additional guests may purchase a ticket at the door if we have not reached capacity / sold out.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Sunhouse Babysitting Agency will be onsite providing professional, vetted childcare for the evening. Kids 10 and up will require a general admission ticket.

Will there be food & drinks?

Yes! We will have some delicious noshables, included in the price of your ticket. A bar featuring local businesses will have drinks available for purchase. Zero-proof drinks will be available for purchase in the bookstore.

What is included with a ticket?

Ticket sales help cover the cost of permits, admin fees, insurance, staffing, catering, supplies, childcare and more. Each entry for one includes a raffle ticket for prizes, food, music, vibes, and a conversation card for making new friends. Thank you for supporting cultural events in Vancouver!
