This course will be delivered through 2 x 0.5-day live online instructor-led training sessions:Date: April 2nd and 3rd, 2025Time: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm ESTThis course introduces practical change management models and techniques to ascertain and effectively manage change readiness and ensure effective ongoing stakeholder engagement and communication. The training focuses on providing insights and guidance on how best to prepare for and successfully manage "change" at people, process, service and technology levels across a department or organization.Upon completion, participants will be able to:<ul><li>Identify types of resistance to change</li><li>Identify relevant change management models and where they best apply</li><li>Develop effective techniques to overcome resistance to change</li><li>Develop and apply effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans</li></ul>Discount available:<ul><li>Groups of 5 or more are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration.</li><li>Individuals who register for both Practical Change Management and Practical Project Management are eligible for an overall 15% discount.</li><li>Please note: discounts cannot be combined.</li></ul>Please contact us directly to take advantage of the available discounts.Refunds &amp; Cancellation PolicyRefunds<ul><li>Full refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available for cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start date.</li><li>No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.</li><li>If a cancellation affects the eligibility for a group or bulk discount, the discount may be deducted from the refund.</li></ul>Replacements:<ul><li>Replacements are allowed if requested at least 2 business days before the session’s start date.</li><li>The replacement participant must meet any session prerequisites or requirements.</li></ul>Deferrals: Deferrals to future sessions will not be permitted.If you have any questions, please send an email to ea@canadiancentreforaccreditation.ca
