Join our free, weekly Psychotherapist-Led Perinatal Peer Support Group and connect with others on the journey of parenthood. Whether you’re a parent, currently pregnant, hoping to conceive, or navigating grief and loss, this group offers a safe and supportive space to share your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Together, we’ll explore new skills, foster healing, and build community. We’re here to listen, support, and grow together. 📅 When: Every Monday☕ Enjoy a cup of tea as you connect with others who understand.👶 Baby-Friendly: This is a baby-friendly event, but please no babies on the 1st Monday of each month. Special Sessions:• 1st Monday of each month: Dedicated to those facing fertility challenges, grief, and loss.• 4th Monday of each month: Held virtually to support those unable or preferring not to attend in person. Groups are led by Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Isis Essery, founder of Bloom Wellness YK, in partnership with Northern Birthwork Collective.
