As the energy of the new year fades, many of us lose momentum with our resolutions or intentions. This spring, reignite your creative spark and sustain your growth with Seeds of Change, an expressive arts workshop series designed to help you deepen self-awareness, overcome obstacles, and transform your aspirations into reality.Join me, Sabrina Evertt, an experienced Expressive Arts therapist &amp; facilitator, on Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at Firepot Office &amp; Studio for an afternoon of inspiration and growth.Using creative practices, such as writing, drawing, collage, etc this workshop provides a supportive and encouraging space to explore your unique journey. You’ll reconnect with your goals, address what’s holding you back, and cultivate lasting tools to sustain positive change in your life.Whether you’re looking to rediscover your creative self, overcome unhelpful patterns, or simply create space for growth, this series is your invitation to flourish.What You’ll Gain:· A renewed connection to your intentions or resolutions.· Practical strategies to navigate obstacles and self-doubt.· Creative tools for personal growth and self-expression.· A supportive community of like-minded individuals.· An action plan to sustain your momentum.Each week, during this 2 hour workshop, we will work with a different theme as our guide. You can come to one stand alone workshop to try it out. Or, come to all 5, and build each week towards your full potential.Spaces are limited to maximum 5 people to ensure that everyone has the time, space &amp; access to all the materials they need.
