Roots of Resilience: A BHM Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony &amp; African StorytellingJoin us at Gateway Association for a special event celebrating Black History Month! Immerse yourself in the rich culture of Ethiopia with an authentic coffee ceremony, followed by captivating African storytelling. Let's honor the resilience and strength of our ancestors through these traditional practices. Don't miss this unique opportunity to connect with history and community meaningfully. See you there!

<h3>What the Event is All About:</h3>This event blends cultural experiences, storytelling, and actionable insights for employers focused on inclusive workplaces. Start the day with an Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony, followed by powerful stories of cultural resilience and workplace diversity. In the Un-Learn Our Barriers session, challenge assumptions that limit diverse hiring and retention, and gain new strategies. The event wraps up with a networking session, featuring African-inspired snacks, to build relationships and keep the conversation going.<h3> Why Attend?</h3>Employers should attend to connect with job-ready talent, streamline hiring, and build partnerships with local service providers specializing in diverse hiring and retention.
