Join our team for an interactive walking tour and cooking demonstration, centered around maple and black walnut syrup.

Join us March 15th or 23rd for a morning or afternoon experience centered around the Langdon Hall Maple Harvest. Your ticket includes an interactive walking tour with our Grounds Team, a cooking demonstration using maple syrup, and lunch in our Main Dining Room.Morning Maple HarvestOur Head Gardener, Jeremy Gehl will join you in the Front Lobby at 10:00am. Together, you will walk to our fire pit where Jeremy will take you through the sap collection and evaporation process and explain how maple syrup is made. You will also have the opportunity to taste our sap and ask Jeremy any questions you may have about syrup or the property itself. A cooking demonstration using maple syrup will follow with Langdon Hall's Kitchen Brigade. Join us afterwards in the Main House for a three-course lunch, expertly prepared by our team.Afternoon Maple HarvestNot quite a morning person? Join us at 12:30pm in the Main House for a three-course lunch, expertly prepared by our team. Our Head Gardener, Jeremy Gehl will join you in the Front Lobby at 2:00pm.
