This in-person parenting class is designed to help you feel more empowered and confident during your transition to parenthood.

The transition to parenthood is one of the most significant life events that a person can experience. Our free in-person Prep 4 Parenting class is designed to help you feel more empowered and confident in your transition to parenthood, and covers topics such as: <ul><li>Caring for a new baby.</li><li>Attachment and bonding.</li><li>Baby's brain development and early connections.</li><li>Maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner.</li><li>Developing a relationship with your new baby.</li><li>Postpartum mental health.</li><li>Your support networks and more!</li></ul>This in-person class is designed for expectant parents and parents and caregivers with infants ages 0 to 6 months. This class is only offered in English.DisclaimerIn-person classes will depend on the current level of respiratory illness that is circulating and are subject to change.
