<h3>What is Speed Networking?</h3>Speed networking is a structured and fast-paced event designed to help professionals meet many new contacts in a short time. Similar to speed dating, participants have a few minutes to introduce themselves, share what they do, and exchange contact information before moving on to the next person. It’s a great way to build connections quickly and effectively!<h3>Timeline for a Speed Networking Event (4:30 PM - 6:30 PM)</h3>🕓 4:30 - 4:45 PM | Registration &amp; Welcome<ul><li>Check-in and grab a name tag.</li><li>Welcome remarks &amp; brief explanation of how the event works.</li></ul>🕔 4:45 - 6:00 PM | Speed Networking Rounds<ul><li>Each round lasts 5 minutes (2.5 minutes per person to introduce themselves).</li><li>One person shares their name, business, and what they’re looking for in a connection.</li><li>After 5 minutes, participants rotate to the next person.</li><li>Around 10-12 rounds total.</li></ul>🕕 6:00 - 6:15 PM | Open Networking<ul><li>Free time to reconnect with people you met and exchange more details.</li><li>Light refreshments available (optional).</li></ul>🕡 6:15 - 6:30 PM | Closing Remarks &amp; Wrap-Up<ul><li>Thank attendees and encourage follow-ups.</li><li>Optional group photo or final networking session.</li></ul>
