What is EFT?EFT, more commonly know as “tapping” is an acupressure technique that uses the meridian system from Traditional Chinese Medicine to release unwanted thoughts, feelings, and uncomfortable memories.It is recognized all around the world for its use with anxiety, food disorders, chronic pain and trauma.We simply “tap” on the acupressure points as we bring our awareness to an uncomfortable feeling, emotion or memory, and allow the negative feelings to release via the meridian system.REFRESHMENTS AND SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDEDBelow is a video provided by UpYoga and Wellness from Jill Ferras
