This event will be held in person at Love &amp; Peace Studio at 3586 West 4th Avenue (in Kits), Vancouver, BC. Dive deep into the healing powers of plant-based medicine in a safe and supportive environment. Connect with like-minded individuals and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through this sacred ceremony, helping you tap into the OPTIONAL microdose+ profound healing potential of plant-based, breathwork, Reiki, bodywork (optional), and meditation. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the depths of your consciousness and experience a profound shift in your well-being.The ceremony will be three hours and include an OPTIONAL deep plant-based medicine microdose+ message for more information at @cher.matthewPlease dress comfortably in layers in case you become cold or warm, bring a water bottle and a journal for reflections after.Preparation: on the day of try to eat a light meal 3-4 hours before, drink water (but don't overhydrate), and limit caffeine.Includes:<ul><li>4 hour Shamanic Cermony</li></ul><ul><li>Medicine</li><li>Healing sounds playlist, light drumming, and tibetan bowl.</li><li>Reiki, bodywork energy healing (optional), breathwork and meditation work healing</li><li>Trauma release</li></ul>The exchange is $150 per person please mail info@qhealing.ca if you need to apply for one of two sliding scale sponsorships. She has a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from Carleton University, MA Leadership &amp; Training (Royal Roads), and BA in Anthropology/Sociology (SFU). She has been active in the Indigenous sweatlodge since the age of 15 and has been engaged in multiple healing modalities like breathwork, creative visualization and yoga for over 30 years.Rachel HayekRachel is a passionate guide committed to helping individuals live with intention, connection, and love. Her journey began about 20 years ago, when she first began to practice yoga. Her work draws on various modalities, including yoga, breath work, somatic healing, coaching, and energy healing. Rachel holds certificates as a Hatha Yoga teacher (YTT 200) and Usui Reiki Teacher (Master), Certified Leadership Coach, and Associate Certified Coach.PLANT-BASED MEDICINE IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:<ul><li>Driving or operating any type of heavy machinery</li><li>People under the age of 18</li><li>In combination with alcohol or other drugs</li><li>During pregnancy or breastfeeding</li><li>In combination with some medications including lithium carbonate medicine (Lithium) or Tramadol</li><li>In those with a family history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia</li><li>Those who suffer from paranoia/suspicion and the medical conditions listed above</li></ul>
