Welcome!What is LifeStretch?LifeStretch® is a mobility-stretch class that is different from most stretching classes! It is based around the principles of fascia; the same as with Fascial Stretch Therapy! Both were developed by physiotherapists in the US.The majority of class is spent on the floor in a supported position. We move smoothly in and out of positions without holding any static positions. We will coordinate our breath with our movements. It is gentle yet effective! You won&#x27;t be straining or causing discomfort with the movements.LifeStretch might just be what your exercise routine is missing! You can check out a mini class on my IGTV!LifeStretch® is a class that is designed to help you become more flexible in body, mind and spirit. A non-competitive atmosphere is promoted in a class that focuses on the innate physical intelligence and abilities within the individual. Instead of comparing oneself to others or to the person next to you in class, you are encouraged to find the best way to move and function for you, not some ideal.At the end of class you may feel your movements are smoother, you are more flexible, you are calmer, less pain… and moreClasses are held virtually through zoom. You have the option of having your camera on or off while all participants will be muted.
