Do I need to bring anything?

Bring what you need to feel supported laying down for up to 120 minutes: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, support for under your knees, eye covers, water, and anything else to help you relax fully. Comfy CHAIRS are available for sitting. ?✨

What if I am late?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into your spot. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the sound bath, doors will be closed at the start of the session, and late arrivals will not be admitted. Thank you for your understanding! ?✨
