What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can  rest in, an extra layer for comfort, a small throw, an eye mask (or anything to cover your eyes), yoga mat, journal and pen.

What is Yoga Nidra ?

Yoga Nidra is passive practice.  You will comfort yourself though you are going to sleep (covered in a blanket, supported by props, eyes covered).  You will be guided by into a relaxed state: body and  conscious mind asleep, yet aware.  Its deep and transformative.

Is this open to yoga beginners

Yes-this is 100% suitable for all levels of yoga experience

I don't know anything about astrology-will I be lost??

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! The astrology will focus on overall themes of the full moon and will be suitable for all (even those not interested in astrology!)

What time do the doors close?

The doors close and lock promptly at 6:30 PM, please ensure you are on time!
