This 1.5-hour workshop “Staying with What is Important” is designed to help participants identify what is truly important in their lives and to develop strategies for focusing on and prioritizing those aspects, despite external distractions and internal pressures. It aims to foster a deep sense of self-awareness and mindfulness, empowering participants to make conscious choices that align with your values.Objective:<ul><li>Clarify what is most important to each participant</li><li>Identify obstacles to live intentionally</li><li>Learn mindfulness techniques to stay present and focused on priorities.</li><li>Develop simple action plans to integrate what matters most into everyday life</li></ul>REFRESHMENTS AND SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED
