We're excited to get hands-on with you with healthy nutrition opting for a simple and soulful approach that gets back to basics. Self-care that delights.Self-care you have time for.Self-care that brings you home to yourself.Self-care as foundational.Self-care that doesn&#x27;t feel like another thing to do.This event is created for caring, conscious, fun loving women who take care of or empower others to replenish and to reset.Although we as women have access to more resources and support than ever most of us struggle to consistently do the things that we know will have us feel our best. In addition to engaging in practices to specifically nourish women&#x27;s wellness (including adrenally/hormonally restorative practices) and connect you more deeply to your Self, you&#x27;ll also have the chance to create a new more empowered story around self care for yourself that will serve you well in the months and years ahead.😊Restorative yoga, yoga nidra, art, reflection, embodiment/connection practices, journalling, mindfulness, holistic women&#x27;s wellness and feminine power practices will be woven into our time together. Take time for you to pause, reconnect, replenish ... leave feeling freer and clearer so prioritizing your joy and well-being post retreat is even just a little more easier ♥️10 am - 4 pm Sat and Sun - $247 early bird pricing.
