Holland Bloorview youth 13-14 years and older and their families.What?<ul><li>Connect with Holland Bloorview Bridging to Adulthood Team and a Family Leader to learn about what supports are available</li><li>An introduction to the supports and resources that can best support your goals through your journey into adulthood</li><li>Participate in a Q&amp;A</li><li>Sign up for other resources and/or supports if needed</li></ul>Where? Virtually through Zoom Healthcare*however we can meet with you on-site at Holland Bloorview as well.When? Wednesday May 28th, 2025 4:00 -5:00pmWhy? Thinking about the transition to adulthood can be stressful. There are supports out there but what are they, which ones apply to you?
