Can I join late?

To maintain a supportive and focused space, we close entry after 5 minutes. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will not be admitted.

Question 2

Do I have to turn my camera on?

Accepted Answer

Keeping cameras on helps create a sense of connection, but we understand if you need to step away. We ask that you have your camera on when present and participating.

Question 3

Will I be expected to speak?

Accepted Answer

Sharing is optional. You’re welcome to listen and participate in ways that feel comfortable. If you’d like to share, please use the Raise Hand feature or raise your physical hand.

Question 4

Do I need to bring anything?

You'll receive a workbook by email before the session, which you can print out or use as a guide. If you prefer, you can bring your own writing paper instead. A pen and something to write on will be helpful as we'll be walking through reflective exercises together.

How do we maintain a respectful space?

Please stay muted unless sharing to minimize background noise.
Respect confidentiality—what’s shared in the space stays in the space.
Honor your own boundaries and well-being.

Question 6

What if something feels too overwhelming to explore?

Accepted Answer

This is an experiential space, meaning you’ll be invited to reflect on your life and experiences. Please use discernment—choose what feels safe and manageable for you to explore without feeling dysregulated.

Question 7

Is this a therapy group?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a self-care and experiential practice space, not a therapy group. If deeper support is needed, we encourage participants to seek professional resources. Your facilitators are licensed professional counsellors and coaches.  Please reach out to discuss further support.
