RSVPs help us prepare the space and make sure everyone has a comfortable experience. It also helps us plan things like seating and refreshments.

Yes, families are welcome. The exhibition highlights the real experiences of families in our community and encourages meaningful reflection and connection. It’s a thoughtful space where people of all ages can engage with the stories being shared

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely! Just make sure to RSVP for each person attending so we can plan accordingly. If for some reason you can’t do this in advance, that’s okay—please still come by. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone.

What’s the best way to get to the library?

The Central Library is easily accessible by transit, walking, or biking. It’s a short walk from the City Hall CTrain station, and there’s bike parking nearby. Paid parking is also available in the area, including underground parking at the library.

How long is the event?

The event will run for approximately 1.5 hours, including time to view the exhibition and the video and  and take part in a meaningful and engaging discussion.

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Central Library is a welcoming, accessible space for all. For those using wheelchairs or with mobility needs, entry is easiest through the east side off 8 Ave SE, where a public elevator is available. A sloped walkway is also accessible on the west side of the building.
