Canadian Mental Health Association, Newfoundland and Labrador Division (CMHA-NL) is the provincial division of the nation-wide leader and champion for mental health. CMHA-NL offers workplace mental health training, certification sessions for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and  more. We also provide information and education sessions for youths and seniors; please contact us to learn more.

<h3>Laugh for a Cause: A Comedy Fundraiser for the 13th Annual Tickle Swim for Mental Health!</h3> The Tickle Swim is a 5 km open ocean swim from Portugal Cove to Bell Island Newfoundland. The aim of the swim is to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental illness, and to remind us that physical and mental health go hand-in-hand. It is a unique and challenging Newfoundland event, for a great cause!
