Question 1

"What if I forget someone’s name mid-conversation?"

Accepted Answer

That’s called a “Mystery Round”! Just smile, confidently say “Remind me of your name one more time?” and pretend it’s all part of a top-secret personality test. Bonus points if you guess something outrageous like "Captain Sparklepants." plus we provide name tags so it shouldn't really be a problem!

Question 2

"What if I accidentally speed date my cousin?"

Accepted Answer

First—small world, huh? Second—Alberta’s big, but not that big. If it happens, just high-five, swap childhood stories, and move on to the next table. We’re here for sparks, not family reunions.

Question 3

"Do I have to be good at small talk?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. In fact, we encourage medium talk, awkward talk, interpretive dance (within reason), or just deep philosophical questions like “Do you believe cereal is soup?”

Question 4

"Can I bring my emotional support llama?"

Accepted Answer

Only if it wears a bow tie and has excellent table manners. Otherwise, emotional support snacks are highly encouraged. We recommend gummy bears—very understanding listeners.

Question 5

"What if no one picks me?"

Accepted Answer

Then congratulations—you just had a night out with new people, zero dating apps, and maybe a few weird but lovable stories. You’re still a legend in our eyes. Also, the snacks don’t ghost you. Seriously though... NO REFUNDS

Question 6

How firm is the age range?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you stick to the event’s age range—plus or minus a couple years. But don’t worry, we’re not checking IDs or running background checks. Just keep it real, respect the vibe, and don’t be that person. ?
