Do I need boxing experience?

Not at all! This class is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Rumble's supportive environment will make you feel comfortable from the first punch.

What should I wear?

Cute, comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Think form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Then throw over a blazer or button up for the perfect athleisure lunch look.

Question 3

What about parking?

Accepted Answer

There is limited street parking available and several paid parking lots nearby. We recommend public transit if possible - take the Skytrain to Yaletown-Roundhouse station and it's just an 8-minute walk to Rumble.

Question 4

What if I can't make it to lunch after?

Accepted Answer

No pressure! The post-workout hangout is completely optional. You're welcome to join just for the boxing session.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! This is the perfect opportunity to introduce friends to our community. Just make sure they reserve their spot too and let us know if they plan on coming for brunch, as we've only reserved a select number of seats
