CARP welcomes Political Party Leaders to visit our headquarters and speak to members and seniors about their platform during elections.

Traditionally, CARP has invited political party leaders, vying for the role of Prime Minister, to visit the headquarters of the Canadian Association of Retired Persons to make their case to seniors across Canada.Conservative Party Leader, Pierre Poilievre will address our members in a live event, streaming on zoom and the carp.ca website with limited in-person seating available at our HQ in Liberty Village, Toronto. A reminder to our members that CARP is a non-partisan voice for seniors and we have welcomed party leaders across the political spectrum to speak to our members, including Justin Trudeau, Andrew Scheer, Jagmeet Singh, Thomas Mulcair and many others. AGENDA: 11:00 AM - Doors Open Member Social with light snacks and refreshments12:00 PM - Welcome and Opening Remarks from CARP12:30 PM - Hon. Pierre Poilievre, Leader, Conservative Party of Canada1:00 PM - Questions from CARP Members1:30 PM - Event Concludes Seating is extremely limited. Only those who have registered and received a confirmation email will be admitted. A ticket does not guarantee admission and CARP reserves the right to limit entry at our discretion. CARP requires a respectful and welcome environment for all of our guests and will not tolerate disruptive behaviour in our venue.
