No, there are only stairs to the 2nd floor.

No, this my gift to the community. May 31st every year is World No Tobacco Day.

How long is the workshop?

90 Minutes. Doors will open at the workshop time. We will take 15 minutes to get settled in the environment, and after that, the doors will be closed, so not to disturb the group.

Will I stop smoking after attending the workshop?

My intention is "YES" you will.  I will be sharing much information to help you understand how to tap into the power of your own mind so you can quit on your own. There will be a group guided hypnosis session to help you decide to quit.

How do private hypnosis session(s) work for stop smoking, quitting vaping

Accepted Answer

Typically only 1 session is needed to stop smoking or quit vaping IF the client is 100% ready. However if you have struggled with addictive substances in the past, the 2 session program is suggested.  Book a free consultation with me and learn if one of my programs are right for you.
