Are kids allowed?

Yes! This event is family friendly, and the event is free for kids 12 and under. Adults get to enjoy drinks, while kids can enjoy lawn games, bubble machine & BBQ food (adults too). The live music is for everyone to enjoy!

Can I bring my pet?

No, for the enjoyability of everyone at the event, we ask that you keep your furry friends at home.

What kind of food and drinks are available?

Beer cans will be provided by Vancouver Island Brewing, and coolers will be available as well. Water and non-alcoholic options are also available. Food will be provided by Shelter Restaurant and will be BBQ-style.

What if it rains?

The show goes on rain or shine! There will be tented areas, however it is still important to dress for the weather.

What time should I show up?

You can come and go as you please, however we hope you stay!

Is there parking?

There will be very limited to no parking on the property. Bike, walk, run, jump, or skip here!

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Besides water, we ask that all food and drinks be purchased at the event. Plus, this is a fundraiser so help support a cause that we all hold close to our hearts! (Feel free to bring your own water)

Yes, we will have portable washrooms and a handwashing station onsite.

Which organizations does the Clayoquot Sustainability Fund (CSF) support?

The CSF supports a variety of organizations within the space of conservation in the Clayoquot Sound. Some of the previous beneficiaries have been: Raincoast Education Society, Redd Fish Restoration Society, Maaqutusiis Hahoulthee Stewardship Society , and Tofino Salmon Enhancement Society

Tell me more about the Clayoquot Sustainability Fund

We created the Clayoquot Sustainability Fund in collaboration with the Clayoquot Biosphere Trust. Through contributions from both TRM and its guests, the fund supports keystone initiatives focused on conservation, restoration, education, and research within the UNESCO Biosphere Region.

All ticket sales are final. As this event is a fundraiser, proceeds directly support local sustainability and community initiatives—thank you for being part of the impact.
