Temple Flow is about finding your inner peace and harmony through stretching, and Christian mindfulness practices in the comfort of home.

Welcome to Temple Flow!Your body is a temple—strong, sacred, and designed to honor God. In Temple, a Christian faith-centered movement class, you’ll stretch, strengthen, and restore both body and spirit. Whether through gentle movement, strength-building exercises, or meditation, each session helps you connect with God, release tension, and move with purpose. Step in, breathe deep, and honor the body He created.This class is for ages 15+ . If you want to get moving again or want to stretch and destress from your very active life, the Temple Flow class is for you. So grab your mat, find a quiet space, and get ready to flow with us!Date: Saturday, September 06 - 27th, 2025 (Recordings will be made available if you miss a date)Time: 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM (EST)Location: Online/ZoomEquipment: Excercise/Yoga Mat. If you have a meditation cushion or blanket you can bring them in case there is an opportunity to integrate them. (These items are not necessary to participate in the classes)
