Halifax Independent Filmmakers Festival 2025

The 19th annual Halifax Independent Filmmakers Festival returns with a celebration of local and international arthouse films from May 28–31, 2025, at the Bus Stop Theatre.

<p>A HIFF 2025 Festival Pass provides access to everything this year's fest has to offer, including four days of incredible screenings, audience Q&amp;As, artist talks and more!</p><p>PLEASE NOTE: While seats are held for passholders at every HIFF screening, a festival pass does not guarantee entry. Rush tickets will be available to fill empty seats 10 minutes before each screening, so please arrive 15 minutes before showtime to claim your spot.</p>
