What is the cost of a class?

Accepted Answer

This offering is Sliding Scale $15 - $25, Pay-What-You-Can to ensure accessibility. Payments can be made in cash, e-transfer to hello@montanaskurka.com or through Eventbrite.

What should I bring to class?

Accepted Answer

A yoga mat, water and an open heart love for moving outdoors  Optional: sun protection, depending on weather and any props you enjoy using (ie: blocks or strap)

Question 3

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Everyone who registers will be notified via email at least 1.5 hours before class starts if we have to cancel due to heavy rain. If the rain is very light and the class is not canceled, we will either stay outdoors or move to a protected outdoor space underneath the Bickford Centre

Question 4

Is this class beginner-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Modifications are suggested to ensure the class is accessible for all levels. I will provide suggestions for postures based on my cueing, and you choose what works for your body. Feel free to let me know if you are pregnant, new to yoga or sustaining an injury so I can provide safe suggestions.

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Sure! If you are bringing your dog or pet, please take some extra space and be careful that those around you feel comfortable. All creatures are welcome.  I kindly ask that if your pet becomes agitated to take them out of class for a bit before returning.
