Join us on Friday, June 20th at 7:00PM for an evening of movement, release, and deep connection.What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice that invites you to let go of structure, tune into your body, and move in a way that feels natural and authentic. There are no set steps—just you, the music, and the freedom to express yourself fully. This practice offers:🌿 Freedom of Expression – Move however your body desires, without judgment. 🎶 Connection to Music – Let the rhythms guide your body into flow. 🧘‍♀️ Mind-Body Awareness – Release stress and drop into the present moment. 💛 Emotional Release – Dance out what no longer serves you. ✨ Community &amp; Connection – Share energy in a supportive space.Lori will begin with a grounding ritual, setting the intention for our journey. From there, we will move into 75 minutes of expressive movement, allowing the music to guide us. The session will close with a meditative sound bath, where the gentle vibrations of chakra singing bowls will help integrate the experience, bringing a sense of deep relaxation and renewal. Finally, we will gather in a safe sharing circle to reflect and connect.🌕 Let the rhythm illuminate your movement, your emotions, and your soul. 🌿 If the weather allows, we’ll gather outside in my beautiful, tree-lined backyard for a peaceful, nature-filled class experience.See you on the dance floor! 💃🏽💫
