Join us for a unique wellness experience that begins (outside) with Forest Bathing—slow, mindful time in nature to awaken your senses and connect with the world around you. Then, let the journey continue inward with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations invite stillness and reflection (in Parish Hall).This guided experience is designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and open your heart—moving gently from outer awareness to inner peace.
