West Coast Healthy Memory Society

カナダバンクーバーで行っている脳の運動教室をご存じですか？認知症にならない努力をオンラインを通して行っております。ベテランファシリティターが皆さんを90分の楽しく、でもちょっとチャレンジな脳トレの世界にお連れします。脳トレに加え、頭と体を使うコグニサイズ、ゲームで盛り上がります。

West Coast Healthy Memory Societyと（NPO）主催の「脳の運動教室」は週1回オンラインで会い行われる、脳を活性化する取り組みです。カナダ、バンクーバーが発祥の地で、ほぼ3年がたちます。West Coast Healthy Memory Societyのウェブサイトはこちらhttps://wchealthymemory.com/内容は体操（コグニサイズ）、脳トレ（音読、計算、数字盤）、茶話会などを通し、脳に刺激を与えると共に、高齢者の方の孤独を予防します。コンピューター、インターネットへのアクセスが必要ですが、会員限定のサイトへの入り方などは丁寧にサポートします。現在までに第7期がおわり、1月より第8期が始まりました。この元気がでる脳の運動教室に多くの方に参加して頂きたく新しい生徒さんの募集をします。２月５日の１４時よりフリーの講座を開きます。どうぞお気軽にご予約ください。　またオンラインでのコースである利点を活かしてカナダ全土の高齢者の方に参加して頂きたいと願います。日本語でのコースとなりますので、カルガリー、トロント、モントリオールなどにお知り合いの方がいましたらご紹介頂ければ幸いです。
