Our hair tells our story. Join this intimate, virtual circle dedicated to the love and celebration of Black hair during Black History Month

For many of us, our hair has been the centrepiece of our identity. A source of pride, frustration, and exploration into our ancestry. You are not alone, come join a cicle of womxn (cisgendered, trans womxn and non binary) who self-identify as Black. Maybe you have recently transitioned to natural or are looking for a way to cultivate a better relationship with your hair. Or maybe you are looking for an event to adorn your hair even more. To love and celebrate our hair we&#x27;ll do:<ul><li>An ancestral meditation to acknowledge our heritage</li><li>A mindfulness activity to connect with our hair (feel, touch, observe)</li><li>Share and listen to stories about our hair from childhood to adulthood</li></ul>Welcome to work through a chosen phase of your Wash Day with me during this powerful session.
