Now that working from home is the new normal, online collaboration and communication are vital for team and company progress. As a current or future member of the workforce, you can only benefit if you adapt to various digital collaborative tools.
Luckily, in this interactive workshop, you will get to know and use some of these tools! You will:
You get an overview of tools such as Slack, MURAL, MIRO, Trello, Airtable, Figma and EasyRetro.
Learn about the tools that facilitate communication, team ideation, progress tracking, design prototyping and team retrospective meetings.
You will gain hands-on experience with some of them.
After this session, you will feel more comfortable with online collaboration and this will lead to more fruitful team meetings.

Anne-Marie Mulumba is a designer, researcher and host of UX Sauna Sessions, a cozy user experience community in Montreal. She is building inclusive and accessible public services with the Canadian Digital Service (CDS), writing for the Black Professionals in Technology Network and completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design at Concordia University.
