Stories like, “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never succeed,” or “I can’t change”? Join Firepot Expressive Arts for a 3-hour intensive expressive arts workshop that invites you to reimagine the narratives that no longer serve you.Stories have the ability to connect us, inspire us, and move us; but, these stories &amp; limiting beliefs can also shape how we view ourselves and the world around us. We get stuck inside old patterns that prevent us from becoming the person we are meant to be.The good news is that you have the power to rewrite your story. When you transform your old narratives &amp; limiting beliefs, you take charge of your life and you get to choose the stories &amp; beliefs that define your life.It’s time to let go of the limiting beliefs that hold you back and create a new narrative for your life! Date: Sunday, Jun 22 2025Time: 1pm - 4pmLocation: Firepot Expressive Arts Studio, 2910 Commercial Drive What to Expect?When we are stuck inside our old stories &amp; limiting beliefs about who we are and what we are capable of, creative thinking is the way we break free from those stuck places.The creative process allows us to get into a flexible mindset and be in the flow of the creative process without judgement. In a space of non-judgment, we give ourselves permission to be different, to imagine new worlds and expand the idea of what we thought was possible. Creative thinking allows us to move from what we thought was impossible (stuck or rigid) to possible (free or flexible).Using expressive arts &amp; the creative process we'll explore writing, visual arts, and other creative modalities to:<ul><li>Identify and release limiting beliefs.</li><li>Create a powerful new story that aligns with your values and aspirations.</li><li>Connect with yourself &amp; others in a supportive, judgment-free space.</li></ul> This workshop is perfect for anyone ready to embrace change, rewire old patterns, and step into a more empowered future. No prior experience in writing or visual arts is required— just an open mind and willingness to explore. Led by Sabrina Evertt, an Expressive Arts therapist &amp; facilitator, you'll be supported &amp; guided throughout the process. All the materials are provided, so all you need to do is show up ready to rewrite your story! Sabrina Evertt has over 20 years experience leading &amp; facilitating in creative spaces as a director, designer and movement instructor where she witnessed &amp; experienced first-hand the transformative power of creativity and the imagination. Now, she's an Expressive Arts facilitator &amp; therapist who supports people just like you find, execute &amp; achieve your goals &amp; dreams by using the creative process as a catalyst for change.
